Dato’ Zakri Afandi Ismail holds a Bachelor of Malaysian Institute of Accountant (MIA) as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and also a member of Malaysian Institute of Internal Auditors. He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Currently, Dato’ Zakri Afandi, beside being a Director of AAT, also holds directorship and a shareholder to Various Companies Incorporated in Malaysia dealing with the following business:
Dato’ Zakri Afandi has been the Director of AAT since 2006.
Datin Zaidah Berahim was trained as an Accountant at Ernst and Young after completing the Diploma in Accountancy at ITM, where she also pursued the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
Her work experience includes Accounting & Finance, Project Development & Coordination and Corporate Reporting & Planning in both private and public listed companies in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Datin Zaidah is also a director of Tahap Harmoni Sdn Bhd and was appointed to the Board of AAT in 2015.
Mr Barry Anstey is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (Finst) and a Member of the Institution of Incorporated Executive Engineers (MIIEXE). He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management (Hons) from the University of Greenwich and a Licentiateship in Aeronautical Engineering. He also completed computer science courses at Cambridge University and University of Nottingham. In addition to his appointment to the Board of AAT, Barry is also the FINMECCANICA Regional Director (Asia Pacific) based in Malaysia and prior to that Barry was the Managing Director of Selex Galileo Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Francesco Menghini holds an Advanced Technical Telecommunication degree from Italy and has a vast working experience with FINMECCANICA. He was based in Italy at Rome FINMECCANICA Headquarters.Presently, Mr.Menghini is the Head of the Project Manager Unit for Asia & Africa with FINMECCANICA and also a member of the Board of Director of AAT since 2012.
