Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor executes maintenance activities at Company's & Customer's sites, premises, centers or locations whenever needed and instructed.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering Electrical (Electronics, Instrumentations, Power, Telecommunication, Computer, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferred skill(s): Ability to read circuit diagram, Oracle, Linux, Unix.

Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Assistant Manager - Procurement to source and procure materials, equipment and services required to support the Company's contractual obligations and operating requirements.
  • Manage and control a database of all vendors and OEMs.
  • Assist Assistant Manager - Procurement to source and procure bill of materials for ongoing projects as well as replacing defective components.
  • Work with onsite engineers to ensure onsite installation is successful.
  • Assist on purchasing matters with Operation Department in fulfilling the contract requirements.
  • Assist in project tender and other related duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of system performance, hardware, software and related troubleshooting and quality procedure.
  • Good reporting and communication skills in English.

Special Officer

Specific Functions & Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.
  • Take notes or minutes of various Board meeting, Senior Committee meetings, stakeholders and other meetings when required.
  • Advice the General Manager of matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines and preparing relevant documentations.
  • To work with, and respect highly confidential information as well as be able to exercise judgment, tact and diplomacy when dealing with senior management and all team members.
  • Act as the General Manager first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
  • Scheduling, prioritizing and confirming meetings, appointments, conference calls and any other related engagements.

Requirements:

Job Description:

  • Supporting the concurrent projects consists of purchase activities, invoicing, payment issuance and data reconciliation,
  • Fulfill frequent staff request on advance payment for travel, claim and verification of the claim.
