Specific Functions & Responsibility:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.
- Take notes or minutes of various Board meeting, Senior Committee meetings, stakeholders and other meetings when required.
- Advice the General Manager of matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines and preparing relevant documentations.
- To work with, and respect highly confidential information as well as be able to exercise judgment, tact and diplomacy when dealing with senior management and all team members.
- Act as the General Manager first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
- Scheduling, prioritizing and confirming meetings, appointments, conference calls and any other related engagements.
- To perform operational functions such as report management, data analysis and development of presentation slides, etc.
- Detailed and result oriented with excellent verbal & written communication skills especially in correspondence and writing letter.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Candidate from Engineering Industry is highly preferred.
- Able to communicate and write well in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly proficient in PC skills & Microsoft Office.
- Possess good typing skills & able to produce minutes of meeting.
- Good interpersonal skills, outgoing characteristics & able to interact professionally with high ranking officers.
- Pleasant personality is an advantage.
