Leadership Development Program 2014, Shahzan Inn Hotel - Frasier Hills

The second AAT Team Building activity was held on 20th March 2014, Thursday at Frasier Hills. This program was spearheaded by AAT Chairman Dato’ Zolkipli and attended by the program committee, facilitators and selected AAT employees from all over Malaysia. The program includes indoor and outdoor activities with the objective to provide and groom AAT employees to learn more about enhancing teamwork, communication and strategic planning in order to ensure total customer satisfaction.

The benefits derived from this program includes management development, communication skills, boosting employee morale, strategy planning, brainstorming, innovative breakthroughs, managing difficult people, leading organization change, training techniques, resolving conflicts and setting goals.

The AAT team building activity produced positive result overall. The management realized that AAT employees were lacking the spirit of team work among themselves and between other departments. The event went really well and AAT employees began to fully engage and be physically energized, mentally and emotionally connected, and spiritually aligned with a purpose beyond their immediate self-interest.
